Google Ads Lead Form
We may sometimes use what is called a “Lead Form” on Google Ads campaigns.
This is a form that allows you to enter your contact information into it, which is hosted by Google and may be shown in the context of ads.
These forms require your explicit submission, and are not automated. Google may pre-fill some of the information on the form, such as your name or email address, if you have already provided it to Google.

When we email you, we send this email through Gmail. This means that Google, as the provider of the Gmail service, processes this information for the purpose of delivering and improving its email services, and so we are “disclosing” your information to a third-party service provider (Google).
We only disclose your personal information to third-party service providers who assist us in operating our business and providing our services, such as when we use Gmail. These service providers act on our behalf and are obligated to protect your personal information in accordance with Australian privacy law and our instructions.
Google’s data handling practices for Gmail are governed by their Privacy Policy.
We may disclose your information to government regulators or law enforcement if we are required and compelled to by law.

Your information is transmitted and stored securely using industry-standard encryption.
We use recognised security measures, including TLS encryption in transit and access-controlled cloud storage at rest, to ensure your data is stored securely and mitigate the chance of data leaks or other compromises to your information.
